Spanning Livingston, Monroe, and Washtenaw Counties, this collaborative program meets entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey. From early-stage founders looking for their first mentor to seasoned business owners ready to scale, Small Business Support offers personalized coaching, funding connections, networking opportunities, and hands-on workshops—all at no cost.
We don't just market Small Business Support, we champion its mission to ensure every entrepreneur has a place to turn during challenges. With our expertise in developing effective nonprofit marketing plans, we've crafted a strategy that reflects the program's purpose. By understanding the unique landscape Small Business Support operates in, we've developed marketing approaches that connect with diverse entrepreneurs and make their services clear and accessible.
From the beginning, we embraced the initiative's community-first spirit and crafted a comprehensive nonprofit marketing plan that aligns with its goals, audiences, and regional partners. We create marketing materials that elevate Small Business Support as a whole, while also designing customized tools for partners like the Entrepreneurship Center at Washtenaw Community College, the Michigan SBDC, and Launch 734 to promote their own events and offerings.
This work shows up in the community through thoughtfully designed direct mailers, eye-catching event flyers, engaging social media content, and strategic digital outreach that meets entrepreneurs where they are. We also produce high-quality print materials, from pull-up banners that greet attendees at local events to informative brochures that clearly outline available services. Our goal is to make sure every partner is equipped to show up well and connect with their audience.
But perhaps the most impactful part of our work is storytelling. We sit down with business owners who’ve grown through Small Business Support and capture their stories—their struggles, wins, and dreams.
