LATRICIA TRICE, FOUNDER & CEO
LTrice Marketing & Consulting was founded by Latricia Trice, a creative, strategic, and collaborative leader with more than 20 years of comprehensive experience in marketing, communications, branding, and community engagement across corporate, nonprofit, and faith-based sectors.
Latricia founded the agency in 2023 to give growing organizations access to the strategic leadership and specialized expertise of a full marketing team, and has since grown LTrice into a nationally recognized firm known for its strategy, creative execution and relationship-first approach.
Her business leadership and impact have been recognized through honors including CEO School's 2026 CEO of the Year, 2026 Inforum West Michigan Inner Circle Honor, 2026 recipient of the West Michigan Woman Brilliance Award, the 2024 Entreprenista 100, and Crain's Grand Rapids 40 Under 40 (2010 & 2022).
Latricia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Communication from Grand Valley State University. She's active in the community, serving on multiple boards including Samaritas and Goodwill of Greater Grand Rapids, and leads at Relevant Church Grand Rapids.
A dynamic speaker and storyteller, Latricia has presented at events including the MLive.com Women's Summit, taken the Moth main stage , and been featured on podcasts discussing marketing, entrepreneurship and leadership.
